I am a certified and fully insured residential inspector for the state of Iowa. Typically the largest investment one makes, I under the importance of an unbiased objective evaluation that will inform my customers on their purchase. I have been a native to the Cedar Rapids/Marion area my whole life. I am educated on materials that have been used in construction here in Iowa, while issues that can arise within those materials. Having over 20 years experience in residential construction, home building, and low voltage, I have the knowledge through certification but also knowledge gained from my experience. I continually work closely with many realtors and builders and offer an understandable comprehensive perspective on your investment.
